Founded in 1956 in Redondo Beach, California,

Riviera United Methodist Church has been a beacon of hope and love

for the South Bay community for over six decades. 

In 2023, in alignment with Christ's mandate to love our neighbors, 

our church embraced its role as a reconciling congregation,

boldly and publicly welcoming everyone.

Our mission is to share God’s love with all people,

offering a welcoming space

where individuals can connect with God and one another. 

We strive to create a vibrant and inclusive community

where everyone feels valued and encouraged to grow in their faith. 

Through worship services, Bible studies,

community outreach, and fellowship opportunities, 

we seek to inspire and empower individuals

to live out their faith in meaningful ways.
