The mission of Riviera United Methodist Church is to be Christ's outreaching love for the world: feeding the hungry; nourishing the soul; nurturing families; celebrating the grace of God through worship music and the arts. We believe that the love of God in Jesus Christ affirms the dignity, and sacred worth of each person as created in the image of God, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, economic or marital status, mental or physical ability, or life experience. There is nothing in life or in death or in all creation that can separate us from the love of God, in Jesus Christ our Lord.

Craft Stations - Nativity Story - Caroling - Hanging of the Greens - Festive Dinner
Please join us Sunday, December 6, 3-6 p.m. for an afternoon of free family fun!
This year we will be focusing on getting the Nativity set "Out of the Box"... making crafts based on the Nativity, and joining together in a family friendly worship experience that will help us all get to know some of the "characters" in the Nativity a little bit better. All of this plus the Hanging of the Greens, caroling, and a festive family meal!
A free-will offering will be taken at the door to help cover the costs of the crafts and activities. You are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Toberman Neighborhood Center in San Pedro.
